Clutch In, Revs Down
Only thing I can really think of is if the clutch isn't fully disengaging. If you are on a level road and have the clutch in, does the car roll forward at all?

Tach could be off. But you would still have a problem with idle dipping.
fixed after warmup. Neutral, or clutch in +
in gear, don't care.
If IAC is old and spoogy, it gets slow to
react, may "hunt" and while "hunting" may
drift too low. If it drops when you put
it in gear w/ clutch depressed, but then
recovers (if you're not flapping yer feet)
then IAC is working, but slow. Try and see.
If IAC is not in control (like with an
overdrilled blade hole, the stop screw
jacked up, etc.) then idle will respond
to everything. Including for example the
drag from a crusty throwout bearing or a
clutch that's slightly warped / not fully
disengaged and dragging.
