should i get 4.10's for my 10 bolt?
car info is in the sig...
i have the stock 10 bolt but do NOT launch it, its only a street car....
my main question is if i get some 4 10's but something breaks in the 10 bolt on day (and isnt the ring or pinion) can i just swap my gears into my new rear end??
THANKS!!

I would go 12bolt or 9in and get it over with but since you dont drag it you might be ok . My 10 bolt took a crap today and im going the new rear route . It is just wasting your money to just keep patching 10bolts together with a 6 speed.

yeah see i am divided...dunno wether to just buy the 9" with the gears and call it a day...
or add some gears now that will assist the cam...and then save for the 9"...its extra $ thats the thing...i guess i coudl always sell the rear with the gears in it and get my $ back....i dont know
what woudl you all do in this position???
by the way the car is NOT the DD and sits a lot..so, saving isnt a big deal..and i have a nic credit line with 0% APR for a year hahah
thats is SO tempting!

4.10`s for a street car is the only way to go. like driving a totally different car. ive abused my 4.10s for a yr now on drag radials. alot of street, some strip launches(2500 rpm) have a spohn torque arm and t/a cover. not sure if thats saving my 10 bolt, but im sure it will die 1 day. for the price of gears, ill swap a set per yr over buying a 9"/12 bolt and have to worry about tearing a tranny or drive shaft up.
