I paid $400 for the labor to swap 3.23s to 3.42, swap
stock Torsen to T-2R, and replace all of the wear parts
with the master kit from Ratech plus a hard pinion
spacer, and weld the tubes to the pumpkin. The goods
were substantially more than that and I got the gears
lightly used. It took pretty much all day at the shop.

I guess he doesnt really want to do it. It is a hard job to do.
I would pay around $300-$350 max for 6 hours in labor.
I did my own install (I dont recommend) so it only cost me cost of parts.
$10 for oil
$50 for install kit
$10-15 dial indicator and stand
reused old gasket (bad)
I need to change my pinion seal i think
