Whats the difference between the nitrous ready and heavy duty driveshafts?

just curious whats the difference between the 2 shafts that results in almost a $100 more price

I have the nitrous ready shaft, thing is NOT gonna break. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
The NR is stronger but consequently heavier bc it's a steel shaft. The HD is aluminum, still plenty strong but only for the extremely hard core guys that don't want the extra few pounds.
Denny's is an excellent shop and they treat their customers well. Give him a call and he will be more than happy to help you out.
As for the length, you should measure your car. DIfferent cars can vary a bit.

ryan, you can get denny to pull my file (david childress) since my shaft went between the same trans with bmr lca's and a moser 12 bolt with the 1350 yoke.. if you dont have that yoke i would remeasure it for sure.. but measureing it is easy, he will walk you through it if you cant see it from the directions on their website.
