02's need skip shift?

02's need skip shift? Hey Folks I just purchased an 02' SS and I need to know if I need the skip shift eliminator. I will be picking up the car on Sat so I want to have this b4 then. Thanks for helping a M6 NEWBIE.

Re: 02's need skip shift? They put the skipshift on there to meet emissions regulations, but you can remove it without any harm done. It doesn't affect your O2s. The computer won't know the difference. You'll want to do this mod, as cags quickly becomes a royal pain in the ***.
