Whe I put 3.42's in my B-car the reluctor ring only had a very small # of teeth, I'm thinking it was like 11 or something close to that.

I'm using a Ford long, narrow, 1.125 yoke, but the reluctor ring would work on any of them. It goes in place of the stock seal shield.

Unfortunately, it's in the car not, hidden by the driveshaft, exhaust, and torque arm. The only pic's are stuck in my friend's phone and he can't figure out how to transfer them to a computer.

I have a 9'' on a 2002 3-channel Fbody with functionnal abs too. I modified the stock reluctor ring inside diameter on a lathe and pressed it on the Locker carrier. After that I fabricated 2 hollow plugs with threads and welded the one with internal threads on the top of the steel housing exactly where the sensor is on a stock 10-bolt. This step requires measurement to make sure everything is aligned. I had to drill a hole on the top of the housing with a 1.5'' hole saw The other plug has external theads and a hole in it for the sensor. I modified the stock abs sensor (cut the plastic bracket with hole) to fit into the plug and it's working perfectly. It's all adjustable with a lock nut so I can get the perfect gap between the sensor and the reluctor ring. It's on the car for 2 years and no problem with abs.

The sprocket set up is a good idea and easier to do but if you change the gear ratio, you have to change the sprocket.

This is how I made it work: I bought a sprocket with 40 teeth for a 25 pitch chain and had it bored and pressed onto the yoke in place of the seal shield. 120 teeth (stock) / 3.00 (gear ratio) = 40 teeth. Obviously, this would be different for different gear ratio's. Anyway, we made a bracket to mount the stock sensor above the yoke. I would call it an L-bracket, but it's more like a ?-bracket. I adjusted it to have about .050" clearance between the sprocket tooth and the sensor and it works great!

Just thought some might be interested.

Cool i also saw someone else do this too. They used the reluctor off a ford f150.
