Those with 4:10s....
5280 / (26 X 3.14 / 12) = 776 = number of tire revolutions per mile for 26" tire
776 X 4.11 = 3191 rpm at 60mph in 4th (1:1)
3191 X .52 =1659 rpm at 60 in 6th assuming a .52 6th gear ratio.
to get rpm at 70, just multiply result by 70 then devide by 60.
rpm at 70 would be 1936 rpm.
the car in sig originally had 4.10's on nittos on stock wheels, full weight, headers/y-pipe lid and free mods.
12.5@112 w/ a 1.8x 60'
i think the rpm's were -approaching- 6k rpm in the traps...

Say you have 3.42's and your going to 4.10's and at 60mph with your 3.42's you tack out at 1,500
1500 devided by 3.42 = 438
Now multiply 438 x 4.10 = 1800
Works with any RPM, works with any trans speed, works with any Ring & pinion, you can play with it all night, you can show your friends, wonderful thing that basic math. I hear their even useing it in engineering now a days... Dont be afraid to use that public school education most of us slept through, may as well use it. Remember those days you asked your teacher when you needed Algebra in real life, well he should of said for your T/A bitch!
Anyway, all belitteling of the mathmaticly challenged aside, 4.10's rock out in an M6, gets you through the traps where you want to be. I reccomend them or 3.90's depending on your driving situation, get them now they are fun
