Where at in MI? Im getting rid of my 12 bolt and looking for a 9". I take it you have a 3 channel then, with the reluctor ring? My 12 bolt has a a reluctor ring bolted to the ring gear. I do not have TCS, no switch. Is this ring used for ABS AND TCS? I just got off the phone with quick Performacne and they could not give me an answer. Said it was a 800 dollar upgrade? I really dont care if I have ABS, I just dont want the LOW TRAC light to keep coming on.

so what's it like not having abs? isn't that something you do want to keep for the street for continous braking and what not?
my ss is not a dd by no means but i think keeping the abs is a must no?

Without ABS most of us quickly learn how far to push on the brakes before they will lock up, which is called threshold braking. I myself learned to drive many years before cars had ABS, and I have never like the feel of the ABS systems. Bob
