Where at in MI? Im getting rid of my 12 bolt and looking for a 9". I take it you have a 3 channel then, with the reluctor ring? My 12 bolt has a a reluctor ring bolted to the ring gear. I do not have TCS, no switch. Is this ring used for ABS AND TCS? I just got off the phone with quick Performacne and they could not give me an answer. Said it was a 800 dollar upgrade? I really dont care if I have ABS, I just dont want the LOW TRAC light to keep coming on.

No, mine is 4 channel with the rings at the ends of the axles. You can build an S60 with either 3 or 4 channel pretty easily - I don't think you can with a 9". I'll PM you the name of the place.

Alright, that is what I am wondering and trying to get an answer for. I do not care if I get rid of ABS. But it is to my understanding that ring is also used for TCS. What are my options? And thanks for a PM

Without ABS most of us quickly learn how far to push on the brakes before they will lock up, which is called threshold braking. I myself learned to drive many years before cars had ABS, and I have never like the feel of the ABS systems. Bob

I have one from Moser and it has a three channel setup too. I love it and I beat the hell out of it a lot!

Good luck
That's my old car in your sig pick. That car was a M6 that had a 12 bolt, then a 9". 9" is the only way to go.
