Default What's the part# for the 1LE tranny mount?

Just like the post says. I'm in need of a new tranny mount, and I'd rather not run the ES poly mount, mainly due to I have enough vibrations already, so the 1LE mount should suffice!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

The original # was 22146231. It has been replaced by #22201140. The original # listed for $18.95. The new # lists for $60. Dealer cost on the new # is $30, so I don't know how SLP is still selling them for $20. I just bought one from my dealer at 10% over cost ($33) and it is the 1LE mount. The stud is a smaller size than stock. If you want the GM washer and nut, they are #3790768 and #10255857. gmpartsdirect sells the mount for $30 + 7.95 s&h.

Does anyone know what year it was that they started using this mount as stock? I've heard both 2000 and 2001. Because if I already have this mount, then there would be no need for me to buy the new nut and washer, right?

It's a little confusing, but here's what the GM parts computer shows

98-02 F67 (LS1) 22174969
98-99 F67 (LS1, M30, Exc 1LE) 22174969
98-02 FP87 (LS1, MM6) 22174970
00-02 F87 (LS1, M30) 22174969

It does not show a 1LE mount specific for any LS1 1LE cars. You have to look at 94-97 F (1LE) to get a # for a 1LE mount.

If you try and get pricing on the 22174969 mount, it shows to be superceded to the 22174970 mount, so it looks like the 22174970 is the only stock mount available for both M30 and MM6 cars. I compared the 22174970 mount to the 22201140 mount at my dealer and it is a different mount. The 1LE mount is also taller by about 1/4 inch. Hope this helps.

The LS1 1LE Mount is the SAME EXACT HEIGHT as the stock one on a M6 car. The LT1 1LE mounts are about a 1/4" taller.

Then what is the part # for the LS1 1LE mount? It's not listed in the GM parts computer.
