Default summit racing ring and pinion's(my review)

i had a guy drop off his camaro this morning for me to install some 4.10's for him, he purchased the gears himself, (i usually dont like to do it this way, i have a couple brands i use and always have good results with).

he purchased summit racing gears, 4.10's, im not sure who makes them for summit but i was suprised to see they looked pretty good and they had a cd(checking distance) stamped on the pinion. so i set them up and got the pinion depth exactly at the cd that was stamped on the pinion and set the ring gear to .007" backlash and ran a pattern and it was perfect

I put the rest together and drove it and it was perfect, no noise at all

I wouldnt hesitate to use another one of there ring and pinions if i had too
