gotta be very famoliar with tranny inside to install.
the installation price can vary from 100 and up to 300, usually it's around 250

Re: Shift Kit under heavy use of your tranny (track runs, ocasional street raceing, etc) it will prolong the life of your tranny.
it will shift much faster and firmer.
it does not garantee that the tranny will be stronger but it will make sure that your stock tranny will feel better when u beat on it.
it's up to you and it depends how you use your car
but i like this mod !

Re: Shift Kit there is a video that comes with the kit. watch the video a couple of times and make sure that you have the necessary tools available before you start. the install is easy, but takes a little while. if you decide to do it, dont forget to pick up a new tranny filter and pan gasket. i started late in the evening and finished up the following morning and lost alot of fluid. id pick up a case just to be on the safe side. if you have any questions, shoot me an email and ill be glad to help you out
