jack up car, take off rear cover, rotate rear until you see the small bolt for the large pin in the center of the posi, take out this bolt and tap the pin out of the posi, after that you should be able to push in the axles to release the c clips and then pull out the axles.
that should get you through it.

p.s. I think Dave is explaining the only complicated step in a rear swap. You have to pull the axles to get the rings removed and pressed on the new axles.
