What is the STR for the 3600 Vig?

Any one know ? I am picking 1 up that is used and do not know the STR. And what does #7 pump mean,sorry for the newbe questions but i just don't know. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" /> Any guesses how much time i (could) shave at the track if i hook?

Correction. The Vig 3600 (#7 pump) has an STR os 2.37

The 3200 (#6 pump) has the 2.17 STR.

Is it better to stall up on brake or flash convertor? And is this vertor a hard hit to the tires or fairly soft. I guess these questions will be answered when i get the thing in my car but right now i am curious. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

On a stock convertor, it's usually best to flash it. On a higher stall, if you are on a footbrake, it's best to stall it up a little. If you have a transbrake and 2-step, you can stall it up and still get the full flash of the convertor.

This convertor hits the tires hard. It should be a monster out of the hole.
