Free Bump

I ended up adding a 3" Strange CM driveshaft with a forged yoke after hearing a couple horror stories about vibrations running a shaft thats too short and breaking the transmission. I'm happy I decided to go this route

What does the height adjustability do with the watts link? I have a watts link on my rearend but I haven't gotten the motor running in my car yet so I haven't been able to test out the adjustments this rearend offers.

the height adjustability is to be able to optimize the vertical position of the propellor so the links are parallel with the housing.

While your dealing with issues Eric.....I guess I can go ahead and get rid of this box, right? I assume no one is ever coming to inspect it so I can be reimbursed for my shipping damages as you told me you would.....again. Just days away from it being 3 months I've been waiting for it to be taken care of.

Eric, could you let me know the spring seat cup diameter, ID and OD.
I've heard from Turnin20s that the Firestone 9000 tapered air spring won't fit over the spring seat cup because of the smaller cup diameter, If this is the case would it be possible to have a larger diameter spring seat cup installed before my Fab 9 is completed?

Cant wait to get my Fab 9 and components delivered. Ordered my stuff back in May, needless to say I'm still waiting! Hell I've been told it was going to ship out pretty much every week of August, lol. Gets a little frustrating being told its going to ship out once a week but I still cant wait to get MWC rearend installed for sure. I guess the wait will payoff when it finally shows up. I've Heard nothing but great things about MWC products and now have experienced the shipping battle that i've read about as well. Still happy with the choice of going with MWC regardless!

Has anyone broken one of these rear ends? I have a S60 in my Z28 but I might need something for a SS that I've been looking at.

Also how about weight? sorry if this has been covered but 143 pages could be days of reading.

Midwest has rearends in plenty of drag radial cars across the country, and several cars that have been in the 7s. There is no doubt they can get you setup with one you don't ever have to worry about breaking.
