What's the time frame from ordering to shipping a fully assembled rear end?

I've got 2 toys as a DD.. my T/A and my Jeep. Neither of which I like to rely on solely for any real length of time. haha.

I'm a little fuzzy on some of the options. A friend helped clear some things up, but I am still not sure about others and what I need and don't need for my application. If there's someone at MWC that is patient & up for helping me make some sense out of all of this, I'd appreciate it.

you can shoot me a PM so it doesn't clog up this thread.

Kevin helped me out, he was very knowledgeable and patient with elaborating what would give me the best driving experience for my car without overselling me on **** I didn't need.

It has been the craziest year to date for Midwest Chassis Fabricated Rearends for the F-Body platform. We have one fabricator that all he does every day all day is just build F-Body fabricated rear end housings to fulfill orders.

We have always had a dedicated rearend fabricator but they also manufactured other items such as the torque arms and crossmembers. For a little over a year now all he does is build fabricated nine inches and like mentioning just for the F-Body platform as we still build other applications but he builds them everyday just to fulfill the constant flow of incoming orders for the F-Body.

The same can be said for our front suspension, we now have a dedicated F-Body K-member fabricator. He builds nothing but F-Body K-members everyday all day.

We want to thank the F-Body community for all the support they have given us over the years especially here on LS1Tech where it all started and want to continue to grow with this community by offering great product and support. Then again we can understand the popularity of our items as we always try to go the extra mile to make fit, finish, and installation go as smooth as possible. Most of that comes from the fact we constantly do installs on our own product here in the shop. This is why our fabricated nine inch bolts back in the same way a 10-bolt comes out and no one else offers that.

Thank You- Midwest Chassis & Staff.

MWC... What driveshaft would you recommend for your Fab 9"? It's just a street car w/ minimal track use, so it doesn't have to be the lightest DS out there. Not concerned w/ weight savings... just strength/support.

BTW... it's an 02 TA w/ an M6.

Thanks. I'm trying to ballpark what it's going to run me to get a Fab 9" + the driveshaft. That helps things out a bit.

Not a problem and remember we do still offer the layaway program with all of our products. It has been helping customers get the rearend of their dreams for almost ten years when we started it. This way you don't have to settle for the lesser quality rearends available on the market.
