Same with me, ordered mine first week of march, 3-4 weeks for delivery, still not here but the driveshaft came this week, I also changed my mind a few times so the wait has been helpful making my final decisions, At least we know we aren't getting some off the shelf assembly line junk, I think it will be worth the wait!

I saw one of the first cars to get this rearend make some shakedown passes yesterday. I didn't stick around to see if he sprayed it but 10.0 @ 136 was the first motor pass on this set up if I'm not mistaken. Then it pulled a 9.9x at 136 on the next pass.

Talked to ERIC tonight around 8:30. I was very suprised he was at the shop, figured I was going to have to leave a voice mail becuase of the time but he was there working on peoples stuff, that to me shows a lot. Well I am definatly going to order up my Fabed 9inch in the next few weeks. I know some people are wanting there rearends but you have to think this is custom stuff its going to take a little while especially for one guy.
Eric this is Ben Charles shoot me a PM talking pricing again, I want the 31 spline axle trutrac posi setup and possibly the Aluminum center section (or the other option we talked about) and the powdercoating price. I need to look at the options and make a decision.

well... i do have a couple good guys, but i am really really picky about the work that leaves my doors. i am the only qualified TIG welder here, also. one of my guys is getting much better with it and will eventually be able to satisfy my quality level. but as of right now, i could use more help... even a grunt.

Eric - I'm getting closer to placing my order as well. It looks like there are a couple guys in this thread that have been waiting 8+ weeks... is it because of powder coating? If so, I may just paint mine...
And if the lead time is just due to volume, then have you been able to catch up now? And if so, what is the typical lead time currently?

Im holding out till this gets cleared up. Not a big deal, I just dont wanna be one that has any problems if things dont start getting quicker. Definately cant beat the price for everything you can get though, and sounds like the quality is top notch!
