Mine has a fill hole on the 3rd member itself. It is cast right into the housing. Drain plug is the the bottom of the housing.

No fill cap on mine either, I think you fill it from the side. Is everyone getting their crates fully enclosed?

you have to order the top fill. everybody has fill spot, they just dont know where it is. it is on the third member. it is a alan head screw. take it out and fill it until it starts leaking over. screw it back in and its filled.

the top fill is alot easier to fill, and easy to check the fluid level

Don't know how the wait is for orders taken now (heard they're getting out faster now) but mine took a little over 3 months, which worked out ok cause my 10 bolt died last week and I just got it yesterday...

It was supposed to be faster by now, but its not. He had one of his employees get into a motorcycyle accident so they are not working right now. I ordered Apr 28th and was told three weeks now I am on week number seven and still waiting.

i was told 3-4 weeks as well. It took a little over 4 months in the end.... you probably still have some waiting... i was also kinda upset there was no top fill cap, as i thought all the housings came with one. When the thread says fill/ drain plugs standard, he doesnt say that they are both the same hole

There is a hole on the side, that's how you fill it and how you know when to stop.

As far as the wait goes, everyone I've heard from was told they would get it in 3-4 weeks and I dont think anyone has waited any less than 3 months so be prepared for that no matter what you're told.

No problems with fitting my crossmember. My TSP Y pipe hits it. But I'm going to build a custom Y pipe so that's not a factor.
