You should be happy about the tranny fluid on your car. It has detergent in it so go to a car was that sprays underneith so the bottom of the car will be as clean as when it rolled off the assembly line. I speak from experience.

If you want a shop to take care of you call them first and tell them what happen. Dont go posting it on the internet. Your lucky Speed Inc. has some good guys over there. Most other shops you down them and tell everyone how bad they are doing. They will not want back. If you want things taken care of dont bring them down first.

The way I view it after reading the post is that he had a problem and was remedied in a way that would make me buy my next tranny there. Thumbs up to Speed Inc for great customer service. It is nice to know someone actually answers the phone to resolve a problem.

Also as a member here I think people should know how products are working or in this case not working. All I did was point out what had happened. Yeah things do break, but not after very little usage. If people don't talk about what works and what doesn't how would we know as consumers what to buy?

I have nothing against Speed inc, but people need to know about these kind of things. Ask anyone about a Speed inc tranny and you get the same thing.."no one's said much about them"

If a shop is claiming to have a superior product over another shop and then the stuff sux, I think we all should here about it. 1 in 10 or 1 in 100 bad is a big difference. If I want to buy something I want to know what the odds are it will be good stuff. Every shop has great products, and yes some of those great products fail every once in a while. U should accept this. THE BIG DEAL IS HOW THE SHOP TAKES CARE OF THE PROBLEMS. I own a Speed Inc. tranny and I TOO HAD PROBLEMS with MINE. Guess what, Tom took care of the problem NO QUESTIONS asked! I had a new tranny and FANTASTIC service. I spent $2 grand and got a bum tranny. I would do it all over agin. We should all share input, just in a PRODUCTIVE way. Good Luck with the car and your new Tranny. Bear
