Default Aluminum driveshaft?

I'm curious about this mod? Does it free up HP? Cause more power to go to the ground?

The aluminum driveshaft is lighter and it cancels out a lot of vibrations that are transmitted with a steel driveshaft. Bob

I guess a Carbon fiber one would be an upgrade on a C5 Vette?

Yes, it will free up a cpl ponies..in fact I gained 2rwh with mine on the dyno
