Default Few 6l80 questions

Having problems getting the trans to shift while spraying. We backed the shift points down (1 to 2 6200 2 to 3 5900 3 to 4 5800) and car still will turn 7000 on stock tack before it shifts. Anyone having this problem?

Thanks for any input.

If your 6L80 tune works the same as a G8, you'll probably need to
lower the MPH at WOT 1 or 2 mph. On my car we had to lower the rpm shift
points and the MPH shift points to get the car to shift lower.

Had the same problems when spraying the 200 shot. We lowered the RPM and MPH as "edmanet" stated so it would shift the same as when off the spray. Started having problems with the tranny hanging up in gear after that. The tranny just did not like the 800ft/tq and 650rwhp it was making. It finally let go and it was rebuilt and it just let go again.

Already talked to Circle D about having them build it so it can handle the extra power.
