I believe we did 4 pulls. Starting out at almost 390rwhp.

Some people are amazing to think that this is IMPOSSIBLE. Why would we try to JACK UP our baseline numbers?? Wouldnt you think we would fudge them to make them look lower so when we do our package it will pick up ungodly amounts like a few other shops have done??

That's a good point, but it's just a little odd seeing it dyno 30-40whp more than other stock 5th gens on this stie. Are you going to get track times with it to see what it runs before and after you mod? It would be something else if it ran a mid 12 bone stock.

We will go run it to get a baseline. Think about it though, most of the stock M6's are running 13.0-13.30 with good drivers. If this particular SS is making 30+- rwhp than the average LS3 SS M6, do you really think its going to pick up .5-.8 tenths? Lets be realistic, It takes alot more rwhp to pick up a gain that great. We will see though!

Mine made 371 rwhp stock and i would say that is about right.360-380 on the m6 seems what they be putting to the tire give or take what dyno it is and how the air temp is.

For all you people calling bs the a6 will dyno less especially if its a camaro with the l99. figure around 340 rwhp for a a6 camaro and around 360 for the a6 vette. I have seen ls3 m6 camaro and vettes consistanly in the 380's so its not far fetched that one with gmpp catback could hit 402 rwhp. Either way the Ls3 is simply amazing. Best bang for the buck hands down. I'll take mine in a vette though because its a crapload faster then the camaro. My friends bone stock ls3 m6 corvette runs 12.3x @ 120mph!

Just my 2 cents, I dynoed 6 of these cars in the last 4 weeks, 372 to 377 RWHP, 366 to 382 RWTQ, very consistant from car to car.

I think a Dyno calibration is in order.

I understand. Our Chassis Dyno was calibrated at time of installation approximately 9 months ago. We have dyno'd 7 M6 LS3 SS's in the last 2 months and all of them have been between 360-380rwhp depending on mileage. Then this one started off at 380rwhp on the first pull straight off the street from a 50+ mile drive. Two days later we did a baseline on another M6 that we are going to be doing another one of our Procharger packages on and it made 368rwhp completely stock (No GMPP exhaust) so this confirms that our dyno is in "average" with most, even yours. The particular SS being spoken of in this thread is approx 25+- rwhp higher than most completely stock ones with its GMPP axleback exhaust. Put the factory mufflers back on and it will probably put down about 387-392rwhp (we have seen axle-backs pick up 10-15rwhp without any tuning). That would mean out of the numerous LS3 M6's that we have dyno'd here, this SS is about 15+-rwhp higher. Not far fetched. Seen that for years with stock LS1 F-bodies, C5's, C6's, and even trucks.

Just bought a 2010ss camaro and took it to Iconautosports and dyno a 402hp and 406tq. Will be posting dyno sheet soon. Now its time for some bolt-on's AND A CAM. Stay tune for results!!!
The OP stated the car was fresh off the showroom floor no mention of mods.
Sorry if I butted in, those are numbers we see with Headers.

Correct. He did not mention that it had a DEALER installed GM Performance Parts axle-back exhaust. Thats why taqwache made sure to put that out there in his first post as you see below. Its ok to butt in, thats what this forum is for. And yes, we get the same results from just headers. For example, we dyno'd one bone stock, then added Kooks 1-7/8 with cats/stock mid-section with resonators and the same GMPP axle-back exhaust and it went from a conisistent 370rwhp to 408rwhp with NO tuning! Stock airbox! We were shocked.

I dont know what else to say. As for the happy dyno, every other 2010 M6 camaro we have dynoed average around the 370s like everyone else. I can asure you that if we were to put the factory catback on it and dyno it in 100 degree weather like all the others we dynoed lately, the numbers would be alot lower. Ill post up the dyno sheet tomorrow so yall can check it out.

Done, I will bring it Mike and see how ur dyno reads. I think that the confussion was that it was said to be stock and it has the dealer installed exhaust on it which gains the extra 10-15. I'm just amazed at it b/c my A6 vette made 350rwhp and I thought the vettes ls3 had more power then the Camaro.
