Why not do all the carbon fibre or aluminum parts from pfadt? there is an autocross 2010 SS thats 2900 lbs now because of all of the parts he got from PFADT!

I agree, you can make it up with HP but weight is a cars enemy. My car is a prime example. With the stock L76, 6L80E,twin turbo system, BMR chassis/suspension parts the car was 4158lbs. I now have an Iron blocked LS2, Rossler TH210XD, DSS 9" IRS kit. I am guessing with half a tank of fuel its 4250+,I have a surge tank fuel system, so i can drain stock tank to cut 15 gallons of fuel from the car which is somewhere around 80 lbs.

My point is... the heavier the car, the more HP works against you. We think that with the trans brake and 800whp that the rear cradle is going to try and rip out of the car. The weight of the car and HP will try to break everything. Thats why the poly bushings, suspension pieces, trans, motor, DS, rear end are all considered overkill to someone with a 3000-3500 lb car at only 800whp, but with 4200+ lbs of beast, ***** gonna try and break.

We have Carbon Fiber parts for the 2010 which will reduce the weight. Looking for someone to test fit all the parts for us so we can get some photo's for the website. Parts at cost and free installation. PM me if interested. Here are a few photo's of what we have
