I have the heritage grille with SS emblems both front and rear.
Here is a DIY on how to change the grille.

For the rear, I have a 2010 that has the holes in the trunk. If it didn't have the holes, I'd take the SS off both front and rear. I can't remember if there are a couple of small nuts you have to take off from inside the trunk to get the bowtie off. Once it is off though, Just use 3M tape made for emblems. Get the same SS you use on the front. You will need to bend it (the middle) to get it to contour to the body line that runs down the middle. For the front, You will need a little bracket to hold it on the grille.

Are they the SLP pieces? Front bowtie has four tabs two on the sides that pull out by pushing those tabs down, this is the first step. Second, turn the bowtie counter clockwise I believe and the bow tie will pop off from the grille. Rear decklid bowtie is just a typical sick on with double sided tape.

The front bowtie has two tabs that you may be able to pry/push out from the front of the grill if you have small thin fingers. You might need a screwdriver or some sort of tool to get the tabs out. The rear bowtie is on with two side tape, use dental floss or fishing wire. It has two guide posts that go through the deck lid.

The rear is taped on. The front one has clips with prongs like the bowtie.

I did the Drakes bowtie delete in front, the stocker pulls out with some force though I helped it by moving the tabs... just have to feel it and it's pretty obvious. I need to take a better pic:
