Who's going the have the first Kenne Bell Camaro?
I was looking through Camaro magazine and saw that Kenne Bell is going to be making his twin screw blowers for 2010 Camaro's, C5 and C6 vettes. They be available in different sizes but they will go all the way up to the Mammoth that is said to produce 1300 hp.
What do you guys think about Kenne Bell's compared to maggies and prochargers?
So who's going to be the first with the mammoth 5th gen?

I would love to see a forged, low compression 416 with a mammoth kenne bell on it. They say twin screws dont run out of breat up top like the other top mount blowers.

Kenne Bell really made his name with Turbo Buicks way back when. Maybe I'm too old, but I associate KB's name with Turbo 6's, more than Mustangs. If I wasn't so dead set on swapping out my nitrous for turbo, I'd be seriously looking into KB & Whipple. I know someone that has a Mammoth that's going on a Cobra, if he ever gets the car done it will be a BEAST.

I also associate KB with turbo 6's. my first car was lucky for me to be a 87 GN. I have purchased some items form them for it and was highly satisfied with the quality, fit, and performance improvement. So I don't see anything wrong with KB doing work on GM's.

We will be doing a new 2010 camaro line under Modern Muscle. We will have the first 2010 camaro with a Kenne Bell on it. The car will debut at our display at Barrett-Jackson in AZ later this month. We have worked out an arrangement with Jim Bell to have his superchargers on our cars just like the mopars.
The first camaro is a red six speed and it is owned by Jim himself. The superchargers will be available this month both in a 2.8 and 3.6 version. The 3.6 version is completely watercooled.
For those that don't know Kenne Bell or just think he makes Ford units, you will be shocked on how much power these units will make. We have made over 750HP and 800 FT LBS to the wheels on the mopars.. The chevy's should make more...
Please feel free to ask me any questions and if I don't know the answers I will get them for you..
Thanks
Mike

I hope a mammoth on a forged stroker makes more power than a ford or a chrysler but with the 4 valve heads on the mod motor it can move alot of air. I've heard thats why they work well with forced induction.
