That pass it went like a 6.teen in the 1/8@114. Loowww 9's on 1 stage. About a 600ft pass....we had a couple of bugs. This was the very first pass.

That's awesome. I love seeing 5th gens get into the single digits. I really have to go to the shootout.

Edit: 9.9 @ 107, lol. That thing is gonna fly!!!

Good first hit...I like the sparks when you launch, probablyl from the under-the-axle pipes rubbing!

Did you go with an LSx iron block with LS7 heads this time? Good luck on it.

I went with the iron block and the PI heads. Worst customer service ever, don't recommend buying their products ever. Mast owns them now...

Man, I haven't been around here in a while, I thought you were all about getting it done with the stock motor? What happened? I really liked what you were doing with a stock short, did it finally go? I haven't raced mine lately, not since I got the dual disc & new trans in it, but have done a lot of suspension. I'm hoping with 4.10's & running my 18" Vette wheels I can get in the 9's, if not, I'll have the money for Bogarts around christmas time. I'm in the process of building a LS1 powered Fox Body to run X-275 so the SS has just been collecting dust.

Cool, thanks, I plan on beating on the stock motor until it's dead.

Your car looks awesome & leaves great. I gotta get the 275 LS1 Stang going & Tech'd before I can go with the Bogarts, don't want to take my Brembo's off. If I can't get it to short like I want it to with the 17" bogarts, I may have to go with V6 Brakes.
