i think the one without the mail slot and the scoop looks to much like a 99-04 Mustang hood. still like to see what it would look like with a L-88 style hood. (70's stingray vette, close to the "Eleanor" in Gone in sixty seconds)

Guess I need to find a pic of the L-88 style hood. Just can't picture in my mind.

you just copied the 4th gen SS hood to some degree..... but to be honest, I like the factory hood better.

Yea, I Agree, very much so, but it interesting to see how it would look. I agree, GM did a great job with the stock hood, but if people didn't want something different, there'd be no aftermarket, right?

Heres a few pics of the L88. My computer keeps freezing on me so i cant make any pics with paint or photoshop. z28 see if you can use any of these pics for chopping.

i do have to give you a thumbs up for your photoshop job. i do kind of like the one thats more tapered.

Thanks! Now if only I can figure this damn L88 hood. I got pretty close, but it looks like a sloppy bolt-on L88 on top of the camaro hood, rather than a stock hood I'll keep trying, hopefully I'll get it right by the wekend.
