Tacky interior? Have you driven a Ford lately?

Love the car, love the interior, especially it's simplicity and details (ie: stitching). Here's hoping GM is around long enough to make them available to all who want one!

I agree, I like that it's a little different than everything else out there.

I hope we're not going strictly by car magazine numbers now LOL, the same magazine that went a 13.3 in that GXP also once published how they only ran a 13.7 in an LS1 F-body, a car that later clicked off a couple 12.8s and 12.9s in bone stock trim.

Simply because 109 trap speed is more than sufficient for 12's. And the camaro should at least match or best a gxp.

No problem, not trying to start a big fight.

Honeslty the gauges nicely resemble the First Gen Camaros, but maybe you think those are ugle too ??

No more than mine is... having the MPH and being able to reach the 12s are two very different things I have found.

Any feedback on the stereo system in the car? Was it a base model or anything? How did it sound? The reason why I ask is because it looks like there will virtually no way to replace it. It looks way wider than an aftermarket stereo, and it looks integrated into the dash.

I've always be jealous of the way the Corvette covered up some of the engine to give it a cleaner look..then I saw some of the newer cars with the full plastic cover and I really started looking for something to cover up my LS1.. so far I think my options are just the fuel rail covers.

Keep in mind A LOT of people thought the G8 was going to be a very high second 13 second, low 14 second car and here they are running 12s with just a tune and CAI!!!

Apparently they just feel way slower than they are thanks to the LS3 and no wind noise!!

exactly my point. just like this 109 resulted in a 13.3. Then some 109's can result in a 12.7.
