it looks like he just barely rear ended someone. it looks like just the front bumper cover needs replacing.

hell, judging by that pic, idt it was even in an accident. it looks like the front bumper cover was just removed

It happens when the gt500's first came out in 07 and were bring 20k+ over sticker I saw an article about an old man totaling his. Hopefully he had gap insurance!
