Default Cylinder Head question

I was looking at if anyone knew if there was a difference between Mast Motorsports Heads and TSP Heads.

I know the obvious that TSP's are cheaper. I didn't know if there was a difference in performance.

My block is stock right now. Thinking about forging the motor this winter also. So just looking for some other peoples experience.

Thanks in advance......

I think both just have stock heads CNC ported and polished. There isnt going to be that much difference in the two.

I didn't know if I was going to go with some aftermarket LS3 heads or if I would just get the stock heads ported and polished.

Actually our heads are custom cast and not a stock head! As far as performance goes our Black Label heads have been tested against virtually every other LS head on the market and are always on top!

Thanks everyone I think I have made my decision. I will probably go with All Pro, plus they're local for me.

I have ARP head bolts but I've been thinking about taking them back and getting ARP head studs. I wanted to make sure there isn't a clearance issue with the head studs since that's probably the better way to go.

TSP has the aftermarket 260cc heads with 6 bolt pattern too and u have the option of going with lighter weight valves too
They are proven heads

Mast sells them. They are $2600 bare, $3000 assembled.

MAST heads are top shelf, but ALL PRO heads aren't no slouch either. As for both of these heads, the OP cannot go wrong with either of them. TSP or TEA doesn't come close to MAST's or ALL PRO's....trust me. Not saying TEA or TSP are a bad pair of heads, but there is a grave difference between good and great. TSP & TEA are good heads, MAST & ALL PRO are a great pair of heads and that's why you're gonna pay top dollar for them too. Their castings are far greater, the CNC'ing is flawless. thicker decks, etc. But, hey, everyone has their own opinion and this is just mine.
