Dang that new camaro is hideous. I hope some changes are made before it hits the streets. The front is horrible. To it's credit, the rear is decent.

looks pretty good in your pics. I need to see it in person but overall I think I'd buy one. I just don't like the whole IRS setup and the curb weight its supposed to have, those were the only parts of my GTO I didn't like.

The grill, the grill!

God I hope they black that sucker out on all models if they don't change it...Aside from that, it looked good in the movie...I think it looks better in action than it does stationary...oh and the wheels are comically large...but that'll change.

I don't know, it's kinda growin' on me.... At first I didn't like it but now i'm thinkin it looks better than the mustang.... The new challenger has everyone beat as far as retro look though.

wow after you said that i looked back at the pics... yea i dont see any calipers on there. maybe its so heavy they didn't need it, they just put it in neutral and let it coast to a stop.

Everything on that car is sooo flawless and much better than the last generation. I just can't stand those door handles though. They don't fit IMO. Wish they were the matte color of the tail pipes and not painted. Maybe a little more like the 1970s A body door handles.

The fuel door is a little much though. It could use to be matte like the exhuast or body color.

Why did GM let Chrysler make the *** end? It looks like a Crossfire. I can't believe that's the first time I've noticed that. AWESOME.

the car is a gto that saleen chopped up and put a gm supplied fiberglass replica (of the concept) body on. I dont remember where, but a read a whole article on the movie cars (there are two). the wheels are steel 20"s with hub caps to look like the concept car. the interior is mostly stock gto and that article said it actually drove really nice for a movie car.

i hope they leave it exactly as it is, offer a ls2 based engine with a 6 speed and price it below $30k. probably wont happen though

I read that article in the GM HighTech Mag. The car is basically a GTO that they changed the body on. I wanted to ask some of u who got the chance to see the actual concept in person how close are the 2 as far as looks. I see a big difference in the pics as far as body stance and lines.
