89%...LOL.
Maybe like more like 98%. I have only seen him post a couple times and not laugh at the screen or just shake my head.

when should we expect a solid test of this car? say from gmhtp? not car and driver or road and track.

will it have 2 wait until feb. or do they usually get them a little sooner? Sorry for the ignorance but I have never been in the market for a new car until now. I was 17 when they quit making the f-bod.

riiiiiiiiiigghhhttt..................hmmmmm?????? You do realize speculation has been 45% of the cost increase of oil for the past 2 1/2 years which is why congress is banning speculation from the market. Lack of offshore drilling has accounted for 0% of it.

13.4 is about as believeable as hitting peak power at 5k rpms, when it redlines at 6600. In fact-

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1748224

That dyno for a stock a6 ls3 c6 shows peak right at 6k. If I'm not blind it gains another 30 hp or so from 5k to 6k. Thats why Gm's better than Nissan, with Gm you can expect the car to perform much better than they claim.

I know thats an old link, but bonus would be that same ls3 with a k&n, longtubes, !cats, and a lg cam hit 484rwhp, untuned. 13.4 my ***.

2008+ LS3 Corvettes run 11.9-12.2 bone stock. Those buyers have nothing to worry about in terms of being compared to the new Camaro. The C6 also will outhandle it. Performance was closer in the 4th gen to C5 comparison, but not really on the C6 vs 2010 (mostly due to weight of the Camaro). Even the LS2 '05-07 C6 ran 12.2-12.4 stock, which is still impressive today.

Wait until the price (35,000) is announced for the SS. There will be more than just me bashing the thing.

And they will say its a steal compared to the 38k+ Challenger out there.

Dude you're going to run out of reasons to smear this car soon so you might as well just quit before you're further behind.

You're right, it is just an opinion. And your claims of price have no grounds either than just your opinion. Why don't you wait and see what the price is instead of going around acting like you know the cost of it so well? Actually, how about this, if you really hate the 5th gen so much (which you sure seem to) then don't come to the 2010 camaro section

Some people like to argue. GM cant afford to make the camaro cost $35k for a V8 or they will be in trouble. Just wait a year and a V8 will be around 26K with 9000 miles on it.

A friend of mine has an '05 GTO(auto) the best he could get it to run was 8.9 in the 1/8th. He ran a stock G8 GT from a roll and pulled it by 3. I'm sticking with, in my area, the 5th gens running 12.8-13.2. A stalled A6 with gears would be killer!

Quick Reply: G8 GXP 13.0? camaro 13.4? wtf
