Default Sad Day!

i put my 2002 black camaro ss on ebay and it was never bid on for 1 week. Car has 18 in c6 black wheels and corsa exhaust with 23,700 miles. Bid started at 13,000. probably better off trading it in, i guess.

craigslist!!!! Would you buy a car off ebay?? I mean you can't even touch the thing let alone drive it. I don't car if your car was set at 10k. No car on ebay will get my bid unless it's new and i've drivin one.

Yeah, talk about a sad day then when you do that and see how badly the dealer is ripping you off!

If you are not in a hurry to get the new car, there are other venues than Ebay, you know. Craigslist being one of them. It's nowadays full of all kinds of crap, though, but I think there are real buyers there, too.

Then there's AutoTrader. And don't forget your local newspaper, either.

Craigslist is the best. I sold a motorcycle on there in less than a week. Just beware of scams. Cash ONLY. And I found my TA on there also.

Yea ebay is not for everyone. But i guess its for me since i bought my Z28 off ebay . Only reason i did was because it was listed by a dealer in houston. Buying from an individual scares a lot of people. But regardless i still kinda got screwed since when i got there and took my car for a test drive it did not have second gear and the auction said perfert condition. Guess they forgot about that. It was an interesting day...

Post it on LS1tech or local classifieds, definitely not on ebay without a reserve!

But, the majority of the bids are in the last few hours of the auction.

Ebay scared me into buying my SS ($3k below blue book), my DD s10 extreme($2k below) and a 08 KFX 450r quad ($3000 less than he had in it..and it was only 6months old) All from private owners, and never with their required deposit. I just tell them i'll be down to look at it, if i want it i'll take it. Also previously owned a 01 CBR 929RR and a 02 660 raptor... both from private ebay sellers. Absolutly no problems with any of the deals. As far as your car goes, almost winter might have something to do with the sale..depending on your location. Like everyone else said, try something different waaay before you decide to trade in and get the shaft. I went to a dealer a few years ago to see what they would give me for my lifted Z71. $7500 Sold for $12,500 in a local trader 2 weeks later. Sorry for the story, good luck with the sale.

Yea, Ebay is better for older stuff or if you're close enough to check it out before the auctions over. I got my project off there, but it went cheap, n i didn't need to drive it before i got it, since i was restorin it anyways
Try the local papers, here, craigslist. Sounds like too nice of a car to just trade in, imo.
Do ya'll have anything like a news on wheels publication over there? Try that if so. Usually works real well.
Good luck.

Dont do a trade in...
I was going to trade my car in for an 07 CTSv w/ some money down and they would only give me 9-10g and my car only had 20k on it. Better off selling it.
