Tough to decide...trade my 99 formula for 92 m6 vette?
So on a local forum a fellow fbody guy has a 92 vette m6, 92k miles stock. it is fair/good condition, given it has its own cosmetic damages but overall it looks like a good car.
so i like my formula, its a 99 a4, 91k miles, longtubes, x pipe, lid, nice little system, with a ws9 raptor hood
what are peoples opinions on going back to an lt1, but its a corvette so I don't know what to do.
Vette:
my car:
its a tough decision to make, what should i do?

my car has its little share of kinks, the infamous door crack, theres a slight scratch on the driver side bumper, leaks about 1/2 a quart of oil per oil change *probably rear main seal going out*
so i dont see it as being that great of a car, but i could be spoiled ha

Also, is it LEAKING? or is it just a little low? Its usual for a LS1 to burn a little oil. I believe it even says so in the manual.

Are you getting money in return? I've always wanted to do a E/I/C C4 vette.
Just alittle extra.. In 92 car and driver tested a new 6spd vette. To 60 it took 5 second with a quarter mile of 13.6@104. Curb weight is 3,317lbs

no he wanted money actually since the blue book value of the vette is higher than the formula but i told him i have tasteful mods, a good hood, and a sound system to boot. also has chrome zr1s
blue book of my car says its 7900 *thinkin the economy has something to do with that price* where as the vette is like 8900 or something.

Tell him he thinks he's crazy. C4 market is in the crapper. DO NOT pay a penny over PP kbb.
