he's not doing anything wrong if he does keep them. so if you went into a dealership planning on buying a new camaro v6 for 23K and they mistankingly write down all the info for the ss for v6 price you'd actually correct them on it?! i find that hard to believe, but not impossible to belive.

i say KEEP the headers. the chances of you getting more than a "good ole' boy" pat on the back is slim to none.

If I didnt pay for something.. I'm not going to take it. Plain and simple. If I went to a dealership and paid for the new V6 Camaro on the invoice/BOS, and they gave me a SS... I wouldnt take it because once again, I didnt pay for that. Honesty goes a lot farther in my books than money. Its stealing.. If someone makes an honest mistake, you shouldnt make them lose money for something you wouldnt have in the first place. Even if you dont get anything in return, you could at least know you did the right thing. I guess honesty is a hard trait to find these days .

i would let them know of the mistake. Its the right thing to do, and more than likely the manager is not going to put you through the trouble of shipping them back. People make mistakes

Simple... Just call them tell them you already installed them but noticed that they sent the wrong ones... They wont pay for you to take them off and ship them back
