No Paypal wont do anything cause it wasn't threw ebay. He's thinking of sending most of the money back over the coarse of 6 weeks. Guess it's a little my fault for not knowing the differences in the vette intakes on pre ls6 intake cars, and saying that i wanted it just by the pics he sent me. Seen that the egr hole wasn't there so I thought it was right. I think he still thinks its an ls6 intake even though we have explained the %$#@*!& difference more than once to him. So time will tell what happens.

Paypal sucks a lot, I got scammed for over 1000 dollars using paypal when a buyer claimed he didn't get the item even though it was delivered to him and he was seen with it. He disputed it and they made me pay him back, so he got the **** for free. Don't count on them for anything.

open a dispute for a few days try to get seller to comunicate with you on paypal if no responce escalate the claim on paypal!! paypal will then ask you to ship the item back and request the trackin on it from you,now ship him a box of old towels, make sure you have tracking on the box so paypal can confirm delivery...when its delivered paypal will refund!! trust me im an ebay and paypal guru!! ive been a powerseller on ebay for years and dealt with people like that before..paypal dont check shipped items they only make sure it was delivered if you do it like that you will get ur money back and still have his intake...youl be winning and he'll be sobbing...

I had this happen recently with some wheels and tires. I found where the person lived and contacted the local police. I even found out where the guy worked and called him there. Do a little searching on the internet and see what you come up with. Once the local police got involved the guy called me and sent the money right back.
