what goals in HP are you looking for? Start first with a Lid and possibly CAI, also get some LT's.... that should be a pretty good start... I'd skip the Nitrous unless you're racing... but it's about preference... if you think nitrous is cheating.... whatever.... it's an engine add on so I don't look at it as cheating... it's a run-what-you-brung type thing to me

Ok well looks like you're off to a good start.... if you have full bolt on's I'd go with heads and cam now definitely.... as far as the nitrous... there are people that think anything more than all motor and you're cheating.... superchargers and nitrous included.... so that's their preference.... myself.... give me a lot of motor, a huge charger and a huge shot of nitrous and hold the f*** on.... HAHA!!!!!

Please list your mods.Money that your willing to spend for mods, and that would help a lot.Not trying to bust your *****, just trying to give you a little direction, thats all.

i'd start w/ some suspension mods to help get the extr power to the ground. Spinnin aint winning ya know. DEFF. adjustable panhard bar and and Lower control arms maybe even a trq. arm (adj. of course). weld in lowered control arm brackets so the LCA's will be mounted a lil bit lower(they dont cost much at all but will help w/ wheel hop) strut towr brace . Port and polish Throttle body (free if ya do it yourself its not hard at all but you can order them already done pretty cheap) descreen MAF port and polish that also(free ) throw on some spray i'd go 150 shot but make sure you atleast have a window switch and fuel pressure safety switch . some type of subframe connectors , and depending on what you have left id say a set of patriot or PRC 5.3L heads and a cam (about $1500-$1800) . then you'd have a bad *** street car and a better clutch and flywheel (go steel flywheel for the street though)

whatever you decide on good luch w/ your build

don't start spending money until you know what you're buying and how it'll work with the other parts you plan on buying.

nothing worse than buying parts and then having to replace them when you wanna do it right.

read up =)

I want you to read all the stickies in the External Engine Section, then all the stickies in the Internal Engine Section...in fact just read every sticky.

Then set goals in this order:
Budget, Power, Driveability

Then start a new thread in this section with a goal. Not just a general question.

IE: I have 5 thousand dollars, I want to get 400 rwhp, and I want a 1/4 car. Whats the best way to do this?
