What's my compression ratio?

What's my compression ratio? I've tried doing searches on here with no luck to figure out what my comp ratio is . One calculator I tried shows my (scr 12.324) & (dcr 9.125) I think thats a big jump from stock 10.8-1cr but can somebody help me figure this out ?
