going from an ls1 to a LSx

Default going from an ls1 to a LSx

Im going from and ls1 to an 408 ls2 short block, what i was wondering was if my after market heads and ls6 intake will work on the short block??? anyone got any ideas??? thanks

I can't think of any reason why not. If I recall correctly they are all interchangeable

I think the heads should, and the intake will fit, but the TB is diffrent for the LS1/6 and the LS2.

Yea, the Electronics are the same.

If you are going to a LS2 Shortblock, you will have to get the Wiring Harness extentions for the Knock Sensors and the Cam Position Sensor on the front of the Engine. Also, hopefully the Crank Reluctor is a 24X, that way all you will have to do with your PCM is get a Tune adjustment.
