another update. Worked 6 hours today on New Years.
Rear wall pieces are all final assembled. The plug is for the mastershift computer.

Dash is in but needs some trim made for it. Some little things in the center console were done at our shop.

worked 12 hours today on it and didn't have a chance to take any pics. 4 guys on it all day long, and from pics I could take you wouldn't notice a change. Hopefully tomorrow the doors will be hung with the door panels on. It needs to be as complete as possible before sunday.

Here's a link of finished GTM's (mine is the first yellow one and now has a wing, splitter and a bunch of other goodies, pushing 427 RWHP at 2240 lbs - tuned by Jeremy Formato). http://www.ffcobra.com/forums/showthread.php?t=168459

Really like the wheels/color combo! Be super super careful with the mastershift setup. Make sure the alignment is PERFECT before driving it. If it grinds, find out why quick, or it will turn into big money to repair the transaxle.
Build cost can range between $50-70K+ for the kit, all hard parts including paint and body. That does not include labor(except for body and paint). I would say a turn key is going to cost you between $90K and 120+. Lots of labor. Most guys have well over 1000 hours in the car. I have about 1700 or so in mine, but that was building a beta kit and doing lots of detail work to make it as OEM appearing as possible. This one is mine:

thanks for the clarification on the transaxle. It was already installed in the chassis when we recieved the car. The car had been to many different shops and some parts were in bad shape. The wiring was really bad, but 2 weeks worth of chopping out what they had done and replacing it our way and it is now show quality.
We havn't been able to try out the mastershift yet, but thanks for the heads up. We build mostly hotrods, so the GTM supercar was something different to us. When the car gets back, we should be able to wrap it up pretty quick.
