You can get the center sections on ebay for $250-350....

My dad has two junk puckups with 9" rearends in them i might just take one of those to save some money.

This is a tough question, since it's a daily driver i'd skip the heads and spray a 100 shot, it's more power and it's when you really need it, plus it's probably gonna be cheaper than heads, depending on which ones you get...jmo

However, i know some people really like the STS and some really don't. good luck deciding

If you are looking for 450-500rwhp, then i don't see anything wrong with the STS, some people don't like it, yet they've never even had one. Most of the people that have had an STS actually like it a lot. It makes power no doubt, I don't see a big problem with the system.

I am in the same boat. i am leaning heavy towards an sts kit. for dd driving any h/c package over 500 hp is going to be bad on gas as well as a bit more of a chore to drive than stock or not as simple. to make 500 whp h/c is gonna take more than h/c. where as the turbo will retain stock driving characteristics and then spank the hell out of any blue oval you get next to. nothin beats the sound of a turbo spoolin.

if it were a perfect world i would hide two turbos under my hood with a forged motor. but a single rear mount will suffice well for now.

Front mount single would be my vote if you really want to go turbo.

I would not do an STS kit on a 4th gen F-body for a variety of reasons. Most if not all of them have been discussed on here and can be found with a search.

I love both of my blown cars and while they are garage queens their manners would be fine for DD duties.

I would go H/C because you can get close to the same numbers and it sounds good!

Agreed, the sts would not be very consistent anyways. H|C|I and 150 shot.
