Default Question for sts turbo cars

Just wondering why not bump the compression with some massaged 5.3l heads and a decent cam with some lift to achieve 400+rwhp. Just wanted to see others opinions

A turbo car will be able to achieve very high HP levels, and still drive around like stock. If you want more HP then turn up the boost. The list goes on...

Cause 8 PSI makes 500 rwhp alone. No need for that stuff.

Plain and simple turbo's allow you room to grow should you become tired of your hp level. Wih high compression N/A engines you need to swap out heads, intake, and go to a bigger cam to increase your power level. This is also the reason why F.I. setups are the most expensive because you must take into account everything in your engine affected by the dramatic increase.

A remote mount turbo is more effective than a H/C set up for sure. It is not as effective as a normal turbo set up. It is cheaper in most cases.
