I agree with LS1Formulation, if you have a hot GF/wife ... lifting the wheels doesn't compare. Although my wife is the one pulling the wheels up, so you would have to ask her. As to which cost more, a wife that is into cars, small budget left for my mods.

my gf has broken up with me a couple of times because "i pay more attention to my car" and "spend more money fixing and modding my car instead of taking her out" but usually gets over it when she realizes she got jealous of a car
