Default $2800 what to do?

so i recently sold my snowmobile for 3800 and am putting 1000 towards school and decided to spend the rest on my car...

i have the current mods in my sig and am wondering what you guys would recommend to do next?

thoughts-
i can get a full cam setup locally for around 4-500 (EVERYTHING needed)-
a 12 bolt new or used-
some new or used 5.3 or ls6 ported heads-
a nice spray kit-
etc etc

what do you guys think?

Well what do you really want? Pretty sure you already know the pros and cons of each, but I'd go with cam swap first anyway and save up a bit more later on and then get a stronger rear end. Lots of people will probably say get the 12bolt or 9in first, for good reasons, but I'd go with the fun mod first haha

If you had an M6, I'd say rear first. I did heads/cam first and it was a big mistake. Since you don't, I'd buy a heads/cam package from Texas speed. That'll add a good bit of power.

Or just be able to pull the girls without paying...all 2000 and up WS6'S came with a built in ***** magnent (not as common in the A4's, so it a bit more sought after,) so this should be no problem

Don't forget the 98 Forumula WS6's, my brother always gets pissed because he can't get any looks in his 05 STI, but when he's cruising with me, everybody stares lol. Although it probably helps that it's modded and LOUD.

As for the 2800, I did my first h/c/lts/intake and all that for a little less, but now that the economy has gone to ****, sometimes I wish I had saved it for rent! LOL

usually, doesnt mean always by any means, A4s wont break the 10 bolt as quick, so you can go with a H/C and not have to worry AS MUCH, but id still be cautious. keep an eye out for a used rear, they do pop up every now and again.

I would say go for the rear end. If I had any mods and was putting out more power, I would want one just for peace of mind lol.

Its hard to get laid in any subie for themost part, but i do love taking thos cars in the mud. Longtubes/full exhaust/cam increases the ability of the ***** magnent, the louder it is generally means the more active it is.

cool, so you want tons of power first so you can't take off well, and then when you do put some nice sticky tires on that 10 bolt, and it explodes... you spend more money to get the rear in?

other than being short sighted, its stupid.

get the rear first, build from there. who gives a **** about power if your car doesn't launch right.

Ha ha, my girl came around before she knew I had my Formula, but boy does she love it now! It's a great lip moisturizer, if you catch my drift.
