Default Auto-off TCS module...

I remember seeing these a few years ago, anyone know where to get one? I'd like to keep the TCS intact, but not have to turn it off everytime I get in the car...

I guess mine must be messed up. When I start mine up, I got to turn it on, if I need it on.

Maybe yours has one installed because I think that's exactly what the unit does, reverses the operation of it.

Mine was made by SLP but I bought it elsewhere. Check the sponsors here and if you can't find one send me a PM and I'll tell you where. The place I got mine isn't a sponsor here, so I can't just say, it offends the paying sponsors.

Should be about 70-80 bucks and just plugs in right behind the stock switch. The little panel that the TCS is on just pops off, you plug in the reverse switch and pop the panel back on. 5 minute mod.

You may get annoyed at first that the TCS Off idiot light on the instrament panel stays lit all the time. But I rarely even notice it anymore.

**To IZRED, you may already have one installed and not know it. Might want to check behind your TCS switch to see.

website policy to my knowledge is you can state who you bought it from you just cannot put a direct link to the product or the companys/sellers contact info....

Update for anyone looking for one of these. The SLP is usually around $60-70. I found one made by a different manufacturer that wound up being $43 with shipping. It is for a different application, but it works on most GM's apparently. PM me if interested, as the seller and manufacturer are not a sponsor here.

Seems like a lot to pay when you can just build one yourself for ~$10 or less.....

I searched quite a bit and never found any info on wiring it yourself... The one I found was $43 w/shipping. Not cheap but significantly less than the SLP. Can't post the link obviously, but it is made by Easy Performance.

Was going about 110mph in a 30 zone and it saved me and friends life when some idiot turned into oncoming traffic and even with it on my rear was going side to side when I was cutting into oncoming traffic when I managed to slow down to 50-60mph. I never want to try that again, it was MAD STUPID and I was/probably still am an IDIOT.

Plus 110 in a 30mph zone... That's just not smart.
