You were speeding on wet road you were going to fast for condition. 70 mph is limit for perfect conditions and exceeded that. You can get a ticket for to fast for condition even when doing speed limit. Not all your fault but partially.

yeah, My truck was also victim to i-4 twice before I stopped DD'ing it. Thats actually most of the reason that I stopped dtiving it. I couldnt deal with that **** anymore on such an expensive paint job

I won the dispute so apparently they thought that I was not at fault either. Furthermre there's no way that I would have been ticketed if you compare my driving to everybody else on the road, I would have been the last person pulled over. Just because I was in the front of tha pack doesnt mean I was driving aggressively, I drive like an old lady and had a group of cars that had just caught up to me, which is why the other cars were all around, they were about to be passing me.

Your cruise was set at 75 in your own words. Just cause every body is doing it dont make all allright for you do it. Had you told them you were speeding they would have said it was your fault. But they would still pay thats why its called full coverage. That is also why the bank makes you carry it. So when you have accident they are not stuck with a wrecked car that you dont want or want to pay for. If they fault you they can raise your premium. If you get pulled over and everybody was speeding they will say your the one that got caught. And did say partically not fully.

Indeed I am sir. Although, besides that one chick that took the initial cleam and put it as an "at fault" accident (and the adjuster didnt coem out for a week) they have been good to deal with. Next I get to get a supplement to cover the alignment. I only got like $30 to cover that

I had that experience, with 2 changes. (1) I was in the inside lane, and (2) the object ahead was a little farther away, and said object was an ambulance with no lights -repeat- no lights on at all. I was far enough out in front, just barely, to change lanes. So the only damage was the bad damn odor it left in the driver's seat.
