Default How come on some F-bodies...

The throttle linkage is mounted on the left side of the engine bay, as opposed to some being mounted right to the TB? Ive always wondered this... What was the reasoning behind that. It really crowds the engine bay. And is ugly as well.

hte cars that have it mounted on the fender are cars with traction control. cars where its just linked to the TB do not have Traction control.
