bought mine with 72000 on her. just hit 100k and it feels faster now then when i bought it. and my 1/4 kept goin down as mileage went up. i thought it was weird but it justifies what all the LS1 bros are sayin here. im gonna throw some spray on it now that its 100K

doesn't adding a cam decrease the life potential of the motor?

160k here and still running even though previous owner didn't use super unleaded (I've since corrected and had injectors cleaned twice in 8 months). Old owner said they installed a torque converter, and I think that's why I got it so cheap. It would "stall" when I would floor, but after about two weeks of driving it, it just gets up and goes now. Think they didn't know about the break in time.
