Ha.. it's proportionate to the force applied aswell..lol

In refrence to the other part..Traction Splints are a mother ******.. we train with them every now and them, they suck.

Traction control is pretty useless IMO, but unless I'm racing or launching hard, I just leave it on. It's a non-factor for daily driving, and if you turn it off you have to deal with the annoying light that pops up on the gauge cluster.

I have traction control, and I shut it off all the time, especially when its wet out. I spin alot on wet black top. I would rather be spinning a little bit then having the tcs kick in the whole time making it impossible to accelerate.

DON'T SKIMP ON TIRES. Other than that, don't be stupid and get brave in the rain and you'll be fine.

im calling BS.
i had brand new SNOW tires on my camaro droptop... meaning MORE weight... w/ 10.5 in tires. i could pull the car into drive and the rear tires would start slowly spinning. SCREW touching the peddle... nothing would happen.

Fbodies in the snow = i can out run on foot.

I can't even back out of my garage without getting stuck in the snow.

I got caught in a freak snow storm once and there was an accident. They stopped all traffic for an hour so the snow built up on the highway. I was driving about 50 mph and went sideways a bunch then did a 360 into the grass median. I was being very careful too. Damn firehawk wide ovals!
