Default 2004 Z06 should I stay away?

There is a 2004 Z06 for sale in my town for 25000. The car only has 25000 miles on it. The carfax report said the car was a commercial title and was used in Chandler Arizona, well there is a racetrack school out there were people can learn how to race. I went down and checked it out, it was nice it had a brace in the back and a fire extinguisher. Should I stay away from it?

I dont know what the market value is on a 2004 Z06 but if this car was a training car at a race school i wouldn't pay market value. if the owner tries to represent the car as something different then don't mess with it. The real problem is in the motor, spinning the motor at high rpm's constantly will get it an early grave thats probably why they retire cars with a certain amount of mileage. Assuming that the school was reputable they probably took decent care of the car but still be careful.

What color is it?
It is probably one of the cars that was used at the Bondaront school here.
Probably best to stay away from it.
I took a driving course there, those cars are beat on fairly hard.

Those cars are probably maintained better than a used car you would buy from a person. I would have no problem buying one. I purchased a 00 B4C police car a few years back. I know this car was driven hard but guess what? The car is now owned by Harris speed works and after taking 50+ shots of NOS and seeing alot of dynotime the car still runs like a top

Default Bondaront

It is a red corvette Z06...It was owned "commercially for 25000 miles" then someone picked it up and traded it in. The car had graphics that were taken off that stretch from the rear fender to the front of the doors couldn't tell what they were though. The second owner only owned it for three months. It is at a used car lot right now. I looked at the fluids and the clutch master seemed pretty dirty. How can I confirm that it did come from Bondaront.

Bondaurant cars are yellow.

Could have been owned by the owner of a company, who bought it threw the business for tax purposes.

To me, it seems kind of high for a used Z06 in that condition and of that history. I think you could find an unabused Z06 for around that price.

I would find it hard to believe it was just for tax purposes, with harnesses and a harness bar.

I would pass for that price, I'd rather have a 2002 for the same miles/money vs a raced on car.
