How many miles on your ls1? I definitely mod the bird and you'll love it even more. Like everyone already mentioned including me, it's a clean ride you have... Yellow color car is IMO

The LS1 has 21.5K Miles on it. That yellow isnt on my list either but around here the car is as rare as ever. Then again so is my bird.

That's got to be one of the cleanest Trans Ams I've ever seen posted on here. Do what you like and **** what we think. Go drive the Cobra, sleep on it, then do whichever seems best.

Since you asked, I'd keep it. I lust over those Cobras, but that car is perfect.

If you do sell that car, you ought to make sure it goes to someone who will take care of it. It's too nice for some punk *** high-school kid to get as a graduation present and rag the hell out of.

Your bird looks almost to clean to mod. Cobras are just a Mustang to me and look
dated. But, if your like me you want to experience as many cars in this life as you can, just do it.

1999 Trans Am WS6: over 4800

Which is more rare?


The Cobra is a damn bad *** ride. If you can find a clean one with low miles and want to get it then why not?

Last I checked Ford will still be producing Mustangs till the day they die. Pontiac already died. Whos going to be worth more and more rare now?

I love both cars actually, but you have the cleanest WS6 i've ever seen. I'd take a terminator in a heart beat, but that WS6 is going to be worth so much more in the long run.

and you also specified a color for the cobra, the number of BLACK ws6's is likely less then 4800..

99 H/C/Bolt-on/100 shot SS

02 Bolt-on SS

03 2.8H KB Cobra SRA/bolt-ons

06 C6 H/C/Bolt ons

Serriously, by FAR the most fun car I have had was my Cobra. No joke. I just sold my C6 and it's being picked up Thursday and I am either grabbing an 06 C6Z or another KB Cobra. FWIW

Itll be worth more in the long run, yes. How long of a run is that?? 10 years? 20? Plus, they havent been made since 02 and they really havent gone up in value since unless they are a completely special edition or they have less then 5k miles.

Yes, I know. Thanks to GMs WONDERFUL tracking of cars you really cant break it down any farther. However black was the most popular color.

Your car is super clean,keep it. If the cobra was any other color maybe,but yellow,hell no.

LOL. If I bought it the first thing I would do is drive it over to the OP's house when it was raining. Its a 15,000 car, not a 200,000 showcar. If water is so bad for a car, then stop washing yours.

WOW....that's a CLEAN *** WS6 man...VERY NICE!.

from a completely unbiased point of view........test drive the cobra. Get a feel for it. Don't do anything until you do that as you might be disappointed. Everyone has different tastes. I sold my 152 made Mineral Grey Cobra Vert and kept my DSG mach. Why?...the mach was more 'us' (my ex wife and I). And I'd do it all over again. Sure, miss that cobra and I'd love to have it back, but the Mach is more me.

Also....most of the people that are going to post in here haven't really had any 'true' seat time in a terminator. So...?..

Id keep the WS6 to me a cobra doesnt stand out and bring as much attention. i personally like the look of the WS6 over the cobra but thats just my .02

I dont really care for mustangs, esp. because they have a 4.6 in em, but the cobra is a car I wouldnt mind having. Would have to be blue, white, silver or black. Yellow is , but it is a low mile unmolested car. Your WS6 is in super cleaan shape, hard to believe its still all original. I say keep the WS6, but I would do a few mods like cam & headers. Do what you want though.

I have driven both and id say get a terminator. Power all over the place and you dont have to worry about stupid **** breaking like the door panels, dash, window motors or headlight motors.
$1000-1500 in mods in the cobra and it will put down 450-500 rwhp/tq

keep it and mod it...

better and meaner looking than a cobra imo
